Sinner's Creed. Where do I even begin. I often have times when writing a review where I don't know where to start. But I'm rarely left speechless with my jaw on the floor and my heart in my hands. And Kim Jones has done just that with Sinner's Creed. I thought Clubwhore was her best and she'd be hard pressed to top it. Boy was I wrong. Like completely. Dead. Wrong.

The writing is unreal. It's beautiful. Raw and poignant. Gritty and real. Heartbreaking and passionate and tender. Breathtaking and tragic. It's perfection on paper. Pure effing perfection that I never wanted to end. Even when my stomach bottomed out and my heart was in my throat and the tears wouldn't stop. Each twist and turn, each unexpected thrill and horror, each smirk and smile and laugh...all of it and more produced yet another top read of 2016 by Kim Jones. That's right TOP READ of 2016! Dirk and Saylor will live on forever in my mind and in my heart. Their love story is one for the ages. Real, honest, and true. Full of love and laughter and goodness. They completed each other. They made each other whole. And I'm honored Kim Jones shared their story with me, because I'll never forget them.
First off...I LOVE Kim jones!! If you haven't tried her out, you need too. Whether it's her Facebook live rants or her snobby author channel or her fantastic books...don't hesitate!! It took me awhile to finally get to read sinners creed. Why you ask? Because I was warned. People raved about it and said it was fantastic but there would be tears. And crap...they weren't lying!

Dirk...the badass biker with a f'ed up childhood. The guy who didn't know what love felt like, until beautiful strong saylor came along and knocked the wind right out of him. I was kind of upset because there wasn't that much dialogue at first between other characters but none was needed! This story was for saylor and dirk alone. It was beautifully written and I'm sure some think it didn't have an HEA I think it did!! I mean if you think about it. I don't know what else to say without spoilers but sinners creed was definitely a 5 star read!!
A story of unconditional love and acceptance and of redemption and God's merciful grace. I spent the last 40% of this book in tears and sniffles. This is the love story of a monster saved by an angel walking the earth for a brief time.

Dirk, the H, is about 33 years old, 3rd generation outlaw biker, a nomad with the Sinners Creed MC. He answers only the the 6 National officers and has authority over every chapter and every member other than those 6. He rains punishment on those ordered by the 6 both within the MC and outsiders who have wronged the MC in some way. He is alone, always. Until a rainy night on a highway shoulder in Jackson, MS when stops to help an angel.

Saylor was 17 the first time she met Dirk. She'd had a bad night and it was made worse with a flat tire in the pouring down rain. He changed her tire and left without exchanging a word. Periodically over the next 10 years, they cross paths when he is in Jackson on club business. Eventually he knew her first name and had the club's info guy check her out.

Then, Shady the info guy, informs Dirk she's booked a ticket to Mexico. Dirk knows all about the dangers of Mexico and decides to find out what's up. He shows up and she is so excited to finally meet him while he's just overwhelmed and way out of his comfort zone. After just a few days together, he has to leave on club business and she begs him to take her with him. She has no ties, no family holding her there. So he does and that is the beginning of a story you absolutely must read for yourself.

In the beginning I didn't like the writer's use of 1st person POV from Dirk. Once I got to the heart of the story I didn't even notice it anymore. There is no HEA and no cliffhanger. But you don't want to miss out on this one!
